Estimation Support for Low, Medium, and High Voltage Systems

This project involved providing detailed estimation support for Low, Medium, and High Voltage systems. The task required compiling comprehensive component lists that included article numbers and manufacturer details for each item. This data supported accurate cost analysis and helped the client with efficient planning and budgeting for switchgear installations.

Key Deliverables:

High Voltage System Estimation:

Prepared a detailed component list with article numbers and manufacturer information, covering components such as breaker failure protection relays, auxiliary relays, panel lights, and terminal blocks. Provided accurate cost estimations based on the component roles and quantities required, ensuring alignment with project requirements and IEC standards.

Medium Voltage System SLD:

Created a detailed SLD for the Medium Voltage system, incorporating vacuum circuit breakers (VCB), protection relays, voltage transformers (VTs), and other critical components. Focused on safe and efficient power distribution with optimized interlocking mechanisms and cable routes, in line with Schneider Electric standards.

Medium Voltage System Estimation:

Developed an itemized list of components for the Medium Voltage system, including vacuum circuit breakers (VCBs), power meters, surge arresters, and relays, each with article numbers and manufacturer (Schneider Electric). Prepared a comprehensive cost breakdown, ensuring all components were optimized for the project’s functional and technical needs.

Low Voltage System Estimation:

Delivered a complete list of Low Voltage system components, including air circuit breakers (ACBs), current transformers, ammeters, voltmeters, and indicator lamps, along with their respective article numbers and manufacturers (Schneider Electric, Ziegler, Lovato). Conducted a detailed cost evaluation based on the provided component list, ensuring compliance with Schneider Electric standards and seamless integration into the overall design.

Outcome

The project successfully delivered accurate component lists, complete with article numbers and manufacturers, for Low, Medium, and High Voltage systems. The detailed estimations supported the client in procurement, budgeting, and ensuring the components met the required technical specifications. By incorporating manufacturer details and part numbers, the estimation process was streamlined, helping the project stay within budget and schedule.
